In its 80-year history, E.ON Ruhrgas AG has developed from a regional distributor to an international gas company. E.ON Ruhrgas AG has been fully integrated into the E.ON Group since March 2003 and is responsible for the group's pan-European gas business.

Our customers are regional companies, local distribution companies, industry and power stations. Our supply system consists of more than 11,000 km of pipeline, 11 underground storage facilities and 28 compressor stations. We have long-term, flexible purchase agreements with indigenous and foreign gas producers.

We and our affiliates offer a wide range of services and products for the transportation and use of natural gas.
