Further training

To be better than our competitors, we must work on further developing the know-how of our staff.

Therefore, we have developed specific qualification and further training programmes in the field of action ‘Learning’. These programmes prepare our employees individually but in a targeted manner for their responsibilities in the company and help them to broaden their knowledge.

The last but no less important field of action is performance: We take our responsibility for our employees seriously, both during and after their active service at the company.
